Qualified Carers in Kent

CNCA is Kent's most respected independent nursing and care agency, and the leading provider of training for professional care in the community.

Since 1993, CNCA has been providing qualified carers, support workers, residential social workers, care assistants and companions to the NHS, Social Services, private hospitals and trusts, nursing homes, residential homes, day care centres, and housing associations across Kent. A key contribution of the agency is its support of adults with learning difficulties, in homes and in the community, so that they can lead as independent lives as possible.

The agency operates 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. We have established a reputation for responding quickly, providing the highest standards in professional care, and exceeding expectation in terms of client satisfaction.

In a changing business environment, CNCA maintains the highest traditional standards but offers innovative solutions to the modern care industry. We can provide trained, qualified staff at a moment's notice; and we develop flexible, long-term programmes that provide clients with the right kind of carers exactly where and when they need them.

CNCA has rigorous training induction procedures for its own staff and has established a Training and Assessment Centre to provide in-house NVQ supervision and assessment for all major care disciplines.
