The training and development offered by CNCA focuses on both the quality of the content and the facilitators of the training. This ensures that the training is relevant, effective and value for money.
CNCA have a bespoke training room at their premises in Smeeth, Nr Folkestone but are also happy to deliver workplace training in-house or at a venue of your choice. All training and development is offered to meet your specific requirements. Training courses are either half or full days and each delegate receives a certificate and a comprehensive set of course handouts to evidence learning and NVQ requirements.

All delegates receive a CNCA certificate at the end of each course.
Courses normally start with registration and coffee and 09.30 and finish between 13.00 and 16.00. The exact time will be on your joining instructions. All cancellations must be paid for however you are welcome to send someone in your place, or choose an alternative course to attend.
