CNCA is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA) and of the Kent Community Care Association (KCCA). CNCA is a Kent County Council approved care provider and has also partnered with Kent Vocational Training Placements to deliver health and social care training to secondary schools in Kent. CNCA has been awarded the Investor in People Standard (2004, re-awarded 2006).
