Our Agency Staff

We have an outstanding team, the crème de la crème of professional healthcare workers in Kent, each with a proven track record. Every staff member undergoes a robust selection and recruitment process and is automatically checked with the criminal records bureaux and POVA

We take security and safety issues very seriously. All our agency members carry with them a tamper-proof identification badge with photograph. They also carry a mini profile so you can see what qualifications they have, what training they are undergoing and how they are investing in their own professional development

All staff undergo continuous development and training to ensure that we deliver the highest quality of service. Many carers and support workers have already completed National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) training at Level 2 and have started Level 3 when they join us. If not, they are expected to undertake this training which is carried out at our new Assessment Centre in Smeeth

Good care is not just about qualifications. At CNCA we only employ people who are innately good at connecting with people. We are confident that you will find our carers expert, professional, sensitive and personable. But of course you are always welcome to change your agency member at any time

Our administrative team

We have a permanent office staff of six talented and multidisciplinary professionals, who manage all aspects of the agency's work.
